Delivery policy
All items are non-physical products unless otherwise stated.
This means that they are made up of live coaching, delivered in person or via GoToMeeting, or delivered electronically – by .pdf or .doc files or online video.
All purchases will be delivered within the timeframe agreed prior to purchase in your 1-t0-1 consultation session.
Refunds and cancellations policy
All e-products, such as .pdf and .doc files and online videos, carry a 60 day money back guarantee.
All live coaching and technical setup services do not carry the same money-back guarantee due to the nature of the work being delivered.
However, you may cancel your coaching any time before it begins for a full refund or on an ongoing basis on the sliding scale indicated below once the coaching has begun and full payment made:
£1000 total payment for coaching projects
£600 maximum will be refunded at the end of week 1 coaching
£400 maximum will be refunded at the end of week 2 coaching
£200 maximum will be refunded at the end of week 3 coaching
£0 will be refunded at the end of week 4 coaching
All refunds, if accepted, will be made within 7 days.
